SHIPPING POLICY

At Royer store, standard shipping within Canada on orders over $99 CAD is free *.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking number in the form of a confirmation email, allowing you to track your package at every step. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shopping, please contact us here.

* After discounts and before taxes. Surcharges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.

ROYER will provide the customer with an approximate delivery date. However, customs inspections and weather conditions can cause delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may incur a re-shipping and/or restocking fee(s).

Once your order has been assigned a shipping label, you will receive a tracking number via email. You'll also be able to see the tracking number in your account.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all additional fees (taxes, duties, customs charges, etc.) associated with their purchase.
At this time, ROYER does not ship to countries outside of Canada and the Contiguous United States.
U.S. orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.
